The underlying discipline of a daily practice is a great way to build a solid creative foundation.

Dive in. Step back. Listen. This is how I bridge the gap between what I think and what I do. And the more I do, the more traction I have, and the more willing I am to dirty my hands. To leap and to run … to try new and different things and occasionally throw myself deep into the lush. This is my basic nutrition for thriving.
