Being Unreasonable Is Highly, Highly Efficient

Take 3 deep breaths.

Don’t over analyze and don’t over think it.

The Journal of Social Psychology e-x-h-a-u-s-t-e-d this study and states that overthinking is BAD for you and ruminators make less than HOT social partners.

Okay, finish your thought and be done with it.

Now make the call. How? Bookend hard actions by setting up a check-in with a buddy before and after.

Wake up a lot earlier. No really. Morning people hold the important cards, and early birds get the french toast, the sunshine, AND the worm.

Hang out with uber – passionate people. You have no idea. Passion fires up the testosterone, dopamine, oxytocin, and vasopressin which leads to red hot ______. BOOM!

Make an insane public effort. (1) It’s memorable. (2) It’s unforgettable 🙂 AND (3) The feedback loop is how we learn.

Dude. Go bonkers. Double Your Goal. A doubled goal is easier than a 20% push. Instead of working harder you’ll start to reinvent and rethink new approaches.

Holy moly! The world will be a much happier place if you set a HUGE goal that brings out your absolute best. It’s proof that you care and that you’ll go to any length imaginable to become fully satisfied.

Yes, (((YOU))), Sweet Unicorn, go on, shine your heart out.

Be unreasonable, just because.
