Wander around the perimeter of your home, your yard, your office, or whatever environment you spend a lot of time in. The whole point of wandering is to avoid thinking you already know what you’re going to find or where you going to end up. Don’t try to get from Point A to Point B, or you miss all of the small opportunities.
Step back and take note.
What’s rubbing you the wrong way? What’s off, broken, outdated, or taking up too much mental space.
What would you like to do more of?
What would you like to do less of?
What would you like to do differently?
Make a list.
